Anytime Fitness at Uni Hill has more than 500 members and, within the next month, will be without any Trainers!

Our club is less than a year old and our membership base is growing rapidly.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated Trainer to build a large and loyal following.

To be successful you must:

  • Have a sound knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design
  • Have detailed knowledge of numerous exercise techniques and rehabilitation experience as well as have the ability to handle health emergencies
  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
  • Have the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
  • Have the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have sound computer literacy skills

As an Anytime Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Converting potential leads through point of sale starter packs into long term clients
  • Conducting fitness consultations/orientation
  • Promoting and selling your personal training programs and services
  • Developing and executing two safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive small group training sessions per week
  • Keeping the Gym tidy and cleaning equipment
  • Ensuring your continual fitness education is a top priority

Qualification & Insurance Requirements:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Senior First Aid & CPR
  • Current Working with Children’s
  • Current Police Check
  • Fitness registration
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability

Desirable

  • Min 2 years’ experience
  • Group Fitness Experience
  • Small Group Training Experience
  • Flexible Working hours
