Core 24’s Swim Schools at Mornington and Frankston are growing and we are looking for a Customer Service Team Member. We are looking for a permanent part-time team member to work across both schools.

You must be able to work both autonomously and part of a team. Flexible work hours are required and must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

You'll have amazing office and administration skills and be keen to learn new tasks. You must be bright and bubbly and understand the importance of always putting the customer's needs first. You must also be happy to assist in the water from time to time depending on the demands of the business.

Qualifications required

• Austswim Qualified in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety - essential
• Austswim Qualified in Teacher infant and Preschool Aquatics - essential
• Austswim Qualified in Teacher of Access and Inclusion ? preferred
• CPR
• WWCC

Knowledge of the SwimBiz system is a bonus.
