We're seeking a Superstar Membership Sales Manager to grow and develop our Jindalee club!
Genesis Jindalee is the premier fitness club located in the Centenary Suburbs of Brisbane. We have over 2,500 active, happy members who enjoy our facilities, which include: a huge weight and cardio area featuring high-end equipment, massive group timetable with over 75 classes a week, a 25-metre indoor heated pool, sauna, kids club, café and more!
This full-time role attracts an excellent base salary plus uncapped commissions, which are well above industry standard.
Future career growth opportunities are available. This is the perfect role to develop into a Club General Manager and/or own your own Genesis Fitness Club.
Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve personal pre-determined sales targets
- Manage, train and motivate a sales team to success
- Create business opportunities within the local, corporate market
- Plan and execute local level marketing and lead generating plans
Essential Requirements:
- Passion for Health and Fitness
- Strong sales background
- Strong Leadership ability
- A desire to create a fun and vibrant club culture
- Computer skills to an intermediate level
- Energetic and motivational
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised
- Experience within the Fitness Industry (preferred not essential)
