Anytime Fitness Rocklea is based at the Brisbane Wholesale Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Market complex and a member of the largest gym chain in Australia - a community that is 500,000 strong. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, sales focused Club Manager to continue the growth of our club.

Reporting to the Club Owners, this is the perfect opportunity for someone with excellent sales skills to step into a management role in the fitness industry.

You will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing gym operations, increasing profitability and club performance with the help of a friendly and supportive team.

The Basics

• Full-Time Position
• 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Attractive salary package based on experience

Skills Required

• Strong sales focus - Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Role required
• Strong Leadership of a team - Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role required
• Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve targets
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Be naturally great with people
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Efficient
• Computer literate
• Able to think on your feet

The Role

• Manage the daily operations of the club
• Drive membership sales and meet club targets
• Retain members, renew members and re-motivate non-users
• Complete filing, computer-based tasks and other admin duties
• Manage and participate in outreach and lead generation activities
• Produce and execute the monthly marketing plan.
• Establish links with the local community
• Be the main point of contact for our members.
• Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
• Selling our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits
• Complete security and OH & S requirements
