About the role:
As Fitness Director, your primary role is to recruit, develop, and retain a team of superstar Personal Trainers. This club-based role is both rewarding and challenging, requiring outstanding people skills, time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee your team of Personal Trainers
- Drive and grow the personal training culture
- Recruit and Develop Trainers
- Drive Goodlife Marketing initiatives
- Manage/achieve budgets and financial administration
- Make the industry leading 12 Week Challenge a booming success!

Requirements:
- Extensive Personal Training experience (running your own business)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Understanding of recruiting and retaining staff
- Computer skills (Google Docs, Outlook, Google Sheets, etc)
- Previous management experience (highly regarded)
Qualifications:
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Insurance
