As Management Consultant, you'll be responsible for the general management of all club operations. This includes implementing and overseeing the 4DX business management system, as well as driving the overall sales performance across the club.

You will have the opportunity to work within a close-knit team with a dedicated club owner. There are also opportunities for interstate training along with ongoing training based in Brisbane. 

OTE $90,000.00 pa.

Reporting directly to the Owner/Director, the position also provides a central advisory and implementation management role across all club systems including financial controls, business to business partnerships and resource management.

Essential Criteria:

• CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
• Considerable experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving business/marketing/sales targets
• Experience driving a multi-faceted team to achieve results
• Experience managing operations and staff across multiple clubs
• Experience using the 4DX management system in the fitness industry 
• Ability to think outside the box to develop business solutions
• Highly motivating, encouraging and approachable
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (desirable but not essential)
