About the role:
Anytime Fitness Buderim is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Club Manager responsible for the club's sales, retention and supporting our loyal members through their fitness journey.
If you have great customer service skills, thrive on responsibility and want to make a positive difference in people's lives, then this will be the job for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively generate new leads and prospects into the business
- Achieve sales targets and monthly performance criteria
- Achieve overall club KPIs and budgets
- Promote the club brand/image within the local community
- Develop, implement and execute marketing & retention strategies
- Manage daily club operations and procedures
- Present an immaculate club to our national standards
Requirements:
- Experience in a Management role (fitness industry preferred)
- Considerable sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
- Proven success in working to achieve sales targets
- Experience building and/or managing customer/client relationships
- Quality customer service skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong communication skills; both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to drive corporate sales (outreach)
- Positive and enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
- Passion for helping people through their health & fitness journey
Qualifications:
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Blue Card (Working with children)
Highly desirable qualifications (advantage, but not essential):
- B. App. Science
- Diploma of Fitness
- Group Fitness
