OD on Movement is a progressive movement, conditioning and performance studio in Windsor, Melbourne. The facility welcomes all training styles; traditional, hybrid or functional and welcomes all philosophies of wellness.

The focus of the Centre is to enhance clients' movement, wellness, and performance, optimising their quality of life.

We are looking to expand our team providing top quality movement, lifestyle and performance coaching to our clients.

Run your own business working alongside progressive trainers implementing unique, enjoyable and effective programming.

The facility:

The spacious facility incorporates an indoor Running Track (24m), Whole Body Vibration Plates, Loaded Movement Training (ViPR, SandBells, Freeform Boards) as well as Cables and various Balls for movement challenges.

There is also a Treatment Room available which is 5.4 x 2.4m, it is light and recently refurbished; furnishings for this space are optional.
